Bull Call Spread – BMNR
📈 Consolidation after explosive summer rally. Opened October 17
BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) exploded over 1,200% in late June and early Julyin a matter of days. Since then, the stock pulled back and has been consolidating in a range, but the structure remains bullish: higher lows, holding support, and testing resistance near $57.
📈 Volatility beast settles into a pattern. Next leg up looks viable.
Setup Selection
The daily chart shows BMNR consolidating after the summer blowout move. Price is holding above the $50 support zone, with clear higher lows forming over the past weeks.
MACD shows weakening bearish momentum — the histogram is flattening, suggesting exhaustion on the downside. Volume remains stable, no capitulation. RSI sits neutral around 45, leaving room for upside without being overbought.
The stock is highly volatile — 113% implied volatility — which means big moves are part of its nature. A push back to $57 within two weeks? Realistic.
Instead of selling premium, I’m buying direction with a Bull Call Spread — paying a debit to bet on the move up.
Why Bull Call Spread?
→ Directional bet on continuation toward $57
→ Defined risk, capped loss
→ Profits if BMNR climbs back to resistance zone
The setup doesn’t require a breakout — just a normal move back toward the recent highs.

Entry and Exit Plan
Position opened Friday, October 17, with price consolidating above support.
→ If BMNR climbs to $57 and holds near expiration, profit approaches max ($915). The later it happens, the better.
→ If BMNR stalls or breaks below $50, I’ll hold near expiration and exit based on the situation — either with a small gain or a controlled loss.
